Terms and Conditions for teaching services

This Music Teaching Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by you, the Student, or where required, the Parent/Guardian of the student the (“Client”) and Hamish Ander ABN 31 441 782 232 the (“Instructor”).

1. Services provided by the Instructor are conditional upon acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Instructor will provide music teaching services for Client.

3. Client will pay Instructor for the music teaching services in the agreed structure from the following options.

   • $30 per half- hour.

   • $55 per hour.

   • $270 (prepaid in full) for 10 x half hour-long lessons.

   • $495 (prepaid in full) for 10 x of 1 hour-long lessons.

4. All payments must be made prior to the lessons.

5. All payments are non-refundable.

6. Client must pay Instructor in cash, bank transfer or any other options offered by Instructor.

7. If the student is a minor (under the age of 18) then the parent/guardian of the student will sign as Client.

8. Client will be responsible for purchasing and providing their own educational materials and instruments (except piano).

9. This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions, representations, negotiations and understanding and states all the terms of the Agreement between the parties in respect of its subject matter.

10. This Agreement must be construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria. Any dispute arising from this Agreement must be determined by the Courts and Tribunals of Victoria.

11. The provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed severable, and if any portion shall be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this Agreement shall be effective and binding upon the parties.

12. Either party to this Agreement may terminate this Agreement by notifying the other in writing.

13. This Agreement can be amended by changes to this page.
